CRITERIA FOR FUNDING:

You must meet ALL of these requirements to be considered for Scholarships

• Household annual income must meet the INCOME CHART.
• If you are a Homeschooler, and your charter school does not fund the class or if you are not enrolled in a public charter school.
• ​A referral letter will be required to apply. The letter must include their name and phone number as well as email address. After filling out the application, please send a letter of referral from someone who knows you well and can vouch for your financial need situation. Send the letter to info@awicommunity.org
• You must live near the area the class you are applying for. (Exceptions are overnight programs) 
• You must have a way to get yourself to and from the class. Art and Wilderness Institute is not responsible for transportation.
• Those who have already received a scholarship in one academic year may still apply but the priority of funding will be held for those who have not already received a scholarship.
