Kids explore, experiment, build, and learn together outdoors in a small, supportive group. No experience or prior connection to AWI is required, new families are always welcome.

The cycles that sustain life on Earth

Every Friday, kids get outside and explore how nature works together: following water as it cycles through clouds and soil, tracing how energy moves from the sun to plants to animals, and discovering how everything in the park is connected.

Through hands on experiments, outdoor exploration, nature journaling, creative projects, and real restoration work in the park, kids see these ideas in action instead of just reading about them. It's science, art, and outdoor adventure rolled into one Friday morning.
